Returns & Exchanges

South African Customers:

Vert Collection will happily accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All parcels must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and must be in the original condition. We allow 1 free return/exchange per order.

You can exchange any product within 14 days of delivery.

International Customers:

In general, you can return/exchange unwanted products to us, provided: 

• it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
• it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
• you cover the shipping costs + duties & taxes to return the products to 288 Main Road, Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa, 7646.
• you cover any shipping costs + duties & taxes for an exchanged product.
